Brasserie Colette is a French brasserie concept restaurant developed specifically for DPF AG. The French cuisine displays the culinary signature of the restaurant's creator, Tim Raue. Sweet, sour, and spicy flavor combinations make a visit to Brasserie Colette a unique taste experience. In addition to the gastronomical highlights, it features a stylish interior designed by renowned architects Esther Bruzkus and Patrick Batek.

We recently worked on the relaunch of Brasserie Colette's website! Continuing the classic vintage-meets-modern design, we built Brasserie Colette a website that matches the inviting atmosphere of the restaurant spaces and the streamlined elegance that their dining experiences embody. For the past two months, we have been working with the Brasserie Colette marketing team to bring this site to life.

Our client relationship with DPF AG spans two years. Since 2019, we have planned, designed, and developed an entire suite of digital communications platforms incuding: corporate branding, two corporate websites, four product websites, and custom corporate publishing tools. We love taking on projects of this scope that turn into a long-term relationship with a partner, and working with DPF AG has been an absolute pleasure.

Coinciding with their website relaunch, Brasserie Colette reopened on June 3rd in Berlin with a small apero menu on its terrace and will fully reopen on 18 June. Munich reopened on 11 June and Constance will reopen on 16 June.
